Hyundai Canada launches dealer invoice pricing for front-line workers

Hyundai Canada is offering Canadian first responders and health care workers exclusive dealer invoice pricing as part of a recognition program.

The move is meant to recognize the work being done by these workers on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic. The program takes effect immediately and is available to all first responders and medical staff at Hyundai dealerships across Canada until July 31.

“Our first responders and health care workers have shown immense strength, resilience and compassion during this pandemic,” said Don Romano, President and CEO of Hyundai Auto Canada. “We’ve created this program to show our appreciation and offer a heartfelt thank-you for their remarkable work.”

First responders and medical staff include (but are not limited to) paramedics, fire fighters, corrections officers, hospital staff, and long-term care employees. Hyundai Canada said the discount is available on the purchase, finance or lease of a Hyundai vehicle and can be added to other existing offers.

The automaker also donated more than 152,000 gloves and 100,000 masks to local health care workers at the Markham Stouffville Hospital in April, as a way to help with the COVID-19 situation.
