SERTI has appointed two people to new director positions within the company.
Martin Levac has been named Director of Operations for Support and Installations. He started working with the company in the dealership support department in 1999, and moved into the marketing and sales department a few years later. He then returned to take on the role of director in 2008, and was responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer support and installations of the software in dealerships across the nation.
“Martin will still assume these responsibilities in his new duties,” said SERTI in a news release. “He will also be involved with OEM relations and will contribute to the elaboration and implementation of SERTI’s technological vision.”
The second appointment was that of Martin Jalbert, who has been named Director Of Operations, Go-To Market. He has been with the company since 2006, working in the dealership support department as part of the sales support team. He took on the role of department supervisor from 2010 to 2014, helped the development team, and then joined the sales department where he became Regional Sales Manager for Western Canada.
“As part of his new duties, Martin will oversee the advanced training department, and the pre-sales team,” said SERTI. “He will also take an active part in bringing forth the SERTI technological vision and in the relations with the various OEMs we work with every day.”
SERTI said Jalbert’s drive and versatility will be important to his new role.
