Mercedes-Benz Canada has announced its 2020 Star Dealers — a recognition to the people in the top 11 dealerships among the company’s national network that achieved outstanding performance in new and used car sales, service and parts, and exceptional customer satisfaction in 2019.

Fulton, President & CEO of Mercedes-Benz Canada. “I want to sincerely thank the 11 Star Dealers who went above and beyond in 2019, delivering our brand experience to customers with incredible success.”
The OEM has 59 retail locations in Canada, which means nearly 19 per cent were selected for the brand’s special recognition. Fulton said the success of Mercedes-Benz Canada depends on the “tens of thousands of interactions our dealer network and staff have with customers every single day.”
The top 11 Star Dealers are located across Canada, with several selected in Ontario, Quebec, Alberta, and one in B.C. and Newfoundland. The OEM has been conducting these public acknowledgements to its top-performing dealers since 1999.
