
Porsche is evolving its products to meet the realities of today’s consumer demands in a new and interesting way with the help of its lifestyle assistant app.
Known as Porsche 360+, the pilot product offers services that aim to make life easier for consumers by providing them with access to “exclusive experiences”. This can mean anything from purchasing a gift online to customizing travel plans, and purchasing tickets to a sold-out concert. The assistant deals with daily and exclusive requests from customers, and is available to them 24/7.
“Porsche is synonymous with fascinating experiences — including beyond the car,” said Thilo Koslowski, CEO of Porsche Digital. “We want Porsche 360+ to provide our customers with unforgettable moments, and give them the gift of time. Our objective is to recognize and fulfil individual requests.”
The Porsche 360+ app also allows customers to access vehicle services such a premium hand wash (at a preferred location), access to selected business clubs (such as conference rooms at specific airports), and hand-picked options for restaurants and travel may also be offered.
Porsche says its app is not only intended for Porsche owners, although the product is currently restricted to new 911 models and the European market. The app is available to them for iOS and can be downloaded from the App Store.
The app is currently a pilot project. Porsche could potentially expand the app to other models — and to the North American region — if the product is successful.
