NCM Associates has acquired Canadian-based TSI Auto Solutions to add more value to its software and data offerings, helping to strengthen its database and suite of analytical tools.
The merger, which came into effect on September 28, will also allow the company to offer SaaS products to the North American OEM and dealer network.
“TSI Auto Solutions is excited to partner with an employee-owned, industry veteran like NCM that’s as dedicated to clients’ success as we are,” said Jane Ravenshaw, President of TSI. “Together, I’m confident we will expand our current services and develop new products to give OEMs and their dealers the data and intelligence they need to optimize profitability.”
Both companies are expected to conduct “business as usual” in the coming months to better manage the merger and help minimize client impacts.

NCM Associates is the originator of the automotive industry 20 Group, which was formed in the 1940s by a group of dealerships seeking to discuss dealer operations and share best practices.
