Hyundai Auto Canada aims to give customers a more convenient, customized and transparent vehicle shopping experience with its new BuyRight program. The latest addition to the company’s suite of tools includes a Five Day Car Exchange commitment and is designed to help make researching, purchasing and owning a vehicle as seamless and easy as possible, says the company.
A core component is Hyundai Express Shopping, a digital platform announced earlier this year, that allows customers to build-and-price their ideal vehicle online, get a firm trade-in value for their current vehicle, the option to complete an online credit application and the ability to book a test drive at their preferred dealership. Online shoppers can also use a competitor comparison tool and read third party reviews from current customers.

The Five Day Car Exchange commitment gives customers who change their minds about a particular vehicle the option of switching to a different Hyundai vehicle within five days.
“By offering our customers a new way to complete some of the upfront work online and remotely, instead of at the dealership, we are giving them back something much more valuable than what money can buy — their time,” said Hyundai Auto Canada Director of Marketing Lawrence Hamilton.
Company research showed that 87 per cent of Hyundai customers use online sources when shopping for a new vehicle,” according to Hamilton.
