Uniban Canada has announced a new partnership with Consolidated Dealers Co-Op, a move that will help strengthen its position in the Canadian market as a supplier for automotive glass, window tinting and paint protection films, the company said in a news release.
Consolidated Dealers Co-Op is among the largest vehicle dealer purchasing groups in North America. The group is owned by new car dealers in Canada and has more than 1,600 new car and truck dealerships across the country as members.
Uniban Canada’s new partnership is part of a strategic growth plan that follows recent acquisitions by the company of Go! Glass and Star Auto Glass. These additional brands have “provided an appealing national coverage for large accounts such as Consolidated Dealers Co-Op” said Marc Desmarais, president and CEO of Uniban Canada.
“This agreement represents exclusive visibility within a very large automotive network and will help us reach new business,” he said.
Uniban Canada is a franchisor for brands such as VitroPlus, UniglassPlus, and Ziebart.
