Branded Mobile App helps dealers connect with customers

CO-AUTO CO-OPERATIVE INC., has announced it will provide branded Mobile App solutions to its dealership members that will help foster relationships between dealers and their customers, in addition to driving revenue.

“A branded mobile app has become a staple for strong retailers and Co-Auto wanted to have this product to offer all of its members,” said Trevor Dawson, Co-Auto vice-president of marketing, in a press release.

The mobile apps, developed by Pulse Auto Dealer App Inc., will enable dealers to connect with new customers and bolster customer retention for existing ones, said Co-Auto. Customers equipped with a branded mobile app from their dealership will be able to schedule service appointments, receive deals and promotions, and even search inventory for new or pre-owned vehicles.

“With a continued increase in mobile usage among customers, dealerships are able to provide superior, personalized customer service to increase sales leads, drive repeat visits and deepen customer loyalty,” said Mohan Markandaier, President, Pulse Auto Dealer App.
