HGrégoire Nissan Vimont and HGrégoire Hyundai Vaudreuil were named among Canada’s Best Dealerships to Work For in 2026, joining a group of 45 new- and used-vehicle dealerships selected nationwide.
“Receiving this recognition is a tremendous honour, particularly because it reflects the workplace environment we strive to create for our employees every day,” said John Hairabedian, President of HGrégoire, in a statement.
According to a recent announcement from HGrégoire, the two Quebec dealerships were chosen from hundreds considered for the annual distinction, which recognizes workplace culture, employee satisfaction and efforts to create positive working environments.
“Our people are at the heart of everything we accomplish, and we take great pride in supporting teams that are passionate about their work and committed to one another. I want to congratulate everyone at Nissan Vimont and Hyundai Vaudreuil for this achievement,” said Hairabedian.
The recognition continues a series of appearances by HGrégoire dealerships on the annual list dating back to 2019. Several dealerships within the group also received the distinction in 2025.
The annual program evaluates dealerships based on factors such as workplace culture, employee satisfaction and their commitment to fostering environments that encourage collaboration and professional development.
HGrégoire currently operates 45 new- and used-vehicle dealerships across Canada and the United States. The company identifies employee engagement, workplace culture and leadership as important elements of its approach to growth and customer service.
The 2026 recognition comes as dealerships continue to focus on attracting, developing and retaining employees in an increasingly competitive retail environment.
