Canadian AI firm expands voice automation tools for dealer BDCs

Canadian-based AI provider Tiger Tech is expanding its partner network as dealerships across Canada and North America look for ways to reduce missed calls and improve appointment setting without adding BDC headcount.

Tiger Tech recently added Agentic Partner Group to its Tiger Tech Partner Network and deployed its AI voice agent, AiVA, on Agentic’s website, integrating the tool with HubSpot for automated lead qualification and meeting bookingTiger Tech says AiVA is designed to handle inbound phone inquiries — a channel that remains critical for automotive sales and service departments — by answering calls 24/7, qualifying prospects using preset rules, and booking appointments directly into a CRM.

Calls can be handed off to live staff when a customer is ready for a human conversation.

“Many buyers still prefer to engage by phone, but staffing those calls consistently has become more challenging and costly,” said David Howard, head of marketing for Agentic Partner Group. “AI voice agents allow companies to scale call handling while delivering consistent customer experiences.”

Tiger Tech president and co-founder Neil Groulx said automotive business development centres are increasingly turning to AI-enabled assistants to manage overflow calls, after-hours inquiries, and appointment requests.

For Canadian dealerships, voice-based AI tools tied to CRM scheduling could help address common BDC challenges, including missed inbound calls, uneven call handling, and rising labour costs — particularly in service departments where phone demand remains high.
