AutoVerify has teamed up with CARFAX Canada to help dealers provide more accurate vehicle valuations and create a better experience for consumers.
The partnership means CARFAX Canada’s vehicle valuation capability/data, which is powered by a machine learning model, will be integrated into AutoVerify’s platform (its traffic-conversion solutions) on both dealer websites and the Kijiji marketplace. The machine learning model uses current listings and recent sold prices of comparable vehicles to provide current and regionalized values.
“We’re always looking for ways to help dealers create a better experience for their customers, and providing trusted, data-backed trade-in values is a critical part of that,” said James Legue, Vice President of Product and Technology at AutoVerify, in a statement.
The integration is meant to help dealers approach trade-in discussions with confidence and clarity, and help build stronger customer relationships that result in more successful transactions. As Legue put it, it sets the stage for “smoother negotiations and better outcomes for everyone.”
As for Shawn Vording, President at CARFAX Canada, he said the integration can help foster transparent trade-in discussions that can improve trust and ultimately help dealers win more trades.
