CDK recently announced the launch of its Fundamentals Suite, a business system aimed at supporting the needs of one-to-two-site franchise automotive dealerships and independent auto dealers across Canada and the United States.
In a news release the company said the solution, geared towards smaller franchise and independent dealerships, uses its Dealership Xperience (an open and integrated platform) so that dealers can sell and service vehicles while managing their operation.
“The Fundamentals Suite is tailored to address the needs of smaller dealers, while being scalable to support our customers’ growth as their requirements change,” said Brian MacDonald, President and CEO of CDK, in a statement.
The company said its Fundamentals Suite offers a frictionless dealer and customer experience, with key features that include intuitive user interfaces, comprehensive data protection, a trusted accounting system, document management, digital signatures, and operational parts and service functionality.
The suite also integrates with CDK’s Dealership Xperience solutions, including SimplePay. In a statement, MacDonald added that CDK is committed to “supporting smaller dealerships by providing a proven, trusted system that leverages the power of our highly successful CDK Dealership Xperience platform.”
