Arthur J. Madjarian, former Canadian Managing Partner at Dealer Solutions Mergers and Acquisitions, is coming out of retirement to develop a specialized M&A offering for Canadian automotive dealerships.
The boutique offering will focus on select transactions and provide tailored solutions for dealers eyeing strategic growth or looking for transition opportunities. The process is meant to ensure Madjarian can provide “indispensable” consultation and insight.
