The AWIN Group of Dealerships launched a free mobile app via the App Store and Google Play that provides consumers with access to the group’s network of dealerships and its services, thanks to a collaborative effort between AWIN and Mobile Dealer.
In a news release, the group said the app was designed for users to find and buy new and used vehicles of any brand that are available at its dealerships. It also allows consumers to manage, save, and sync their purchases, in addition to accessing and downloading the OEM’s apps and connecting with roadside assistance and Electric Vehicle travel assistant — among other things.
“We are incredibly excited to directly connect with our clients through their smartphones, offering this innovative tool to give them and their family access to the hub of the largest luxury and non-luxury vehicles and services available in our dealer network,” said Dr. Sylvester Chuang, Founder and President of Auto World Imports Network, in a statement.
The app, Chuang added, will help elevate their client’s experience to “new heights.” Some of the features and benefits of the new app include access to a digital showroom, customizable search, and the ability for customers and families with multiple brand interests to merge profiles. They can also upload their vehicle on the app, and upload and store their sales and after-sales documents, invoices, warranties, and finance and insurance purchases, among other things.
“Engaging with shoppers at every stage of their buying journey and keeping customers connected throughout their vehicle ownership lifecycle with meaningful communications will assist the AWIN Group of Dealerships in elevating customer satisfaction and retention,” said Jim Allen, President and CEO of Mobile Dealer, in a statement.
