J.D. Power study finds dealers make gains in service market share

Canadian auto dealer Senior Editor Todd Phillips interviews J.D. Ney, Director of Automotive Practice at J.D. Power Canada, about the findings of the J.D. Power 2023 Canada Customer Service Index—Long-Term (CSI-LT) Study. The report found the market for service was back to pre-pandemic levels, and dealerships gained ground on the aftermarket. Ney also discusses the consumer service experience at dealerships and what brands and dealerships can do to improve their scores.
