Dallas will be hosting the NADA Show for 2023, and the lineup of speakers, panels and events promises thrills, inspiration, and education.
Taking place at Dallas’s Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, the highly-anticipated event kicks off in high gear with a welcome reception Roundup at Gilley’s Dallas, featuring global country music star Brad Paisley, and keeps up the energy through to Sunday, Jan. 29, ending with an inspiring talk by Pro Football Hall of Famer Deion Sanders.
“We are excited to be back in Dallas after a long hiatus,” said NADA Show Chairman Danny Renshaw. “The NADA Show is the industry event of the year, and the 2023 show will be no different. This year’s show will have best-in-class education and workshops and feature some exciting Main Stage speakers and entertainment, including Former Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley, late-night TV personality Greg Gutfeld and global music star Brad Paisley. The Show is valuable for anyone working in the auto retail industry to attend — from dealer principals to service advisors and sales managers.”
The main speakers for this year are varied, and one is even Canadian. Nav Bhatia, otherwise known as the Toronto Raptors Superfan, has an interesting and inspiring story of immigrating to Canada, becoming the number-one car salesman at Hyundai in North America and owner of two dealerships, and using professional basketball to change perceptions and encourage integration.
Colby Jenkins tells dynamic tales of helicopter assaults during desert and jungle combat operations, escaping from Alcatraz, shaking hands with a determined Taliban foe, extreme Army Special Forces land navigation, swamping a gun truck in Afghanistan and other powerful experiences. Jenkins explores diverse perspectives on critical leadership and team-building principles.
Sunday afternoon, The NADA Show will wrap up with the Auto Industry Event of the Year, with the “Best of the Best From NADA 20 Groups”. NADA dealer management consultants and 20 Group moderators will share winning ideas—complete with implementation plans and ways to get buy-in from your team—for increasing profits, improving processes, engaging employees and retaining customers, all with measurable results.
The NADA Show mobile app will be ready in mid-December and the MySchedule event planning tool will launch later this month. MySchedule allows attendees to explore the Expo floor and set up meetings with exhibitors before their calendars fill up.
Education for all folks working in dealerships will be front and centre. Don’t miss the following workshops:
- Getting Into the Business of Electricity
- Evolving Your Service BDC for 2023 and Beyond
- Winning the Online Parts Game
- Understand and Develop Emotional Intelligence
