Le Groupe Le Prix du gros acquired Hyundai Trois-Rivières

Le Groupe Le Prix du gros acquired Hyundai Trois-Rivières in Quebec.

This latest addition to the group, which offers one of the largest inventories of new and used vehicles in the province, brings together 13 of the biggest car brands in 14 dealerships.

“We are very pleased to add the dealership Hyundai Trois-Rivières to our group,” said Benoit Dusablon, President and CEO of Le Groupe Le Prix du gros. “It is well-positioned and has a nice, loyal clientele.”

The group is made up of a number of dealerships that includes Kia, Nissan, Hyundai, Mazda, Chrysler, Chevrolet, and Volvo brands. It also has 650 employees working at dealerships in Nicolet, Shawinigan, Quebec, Sorel-Tracy and Trois-Rivières.

“With the acquisition of Hyundai Trois-Rivières, we are strengthening our leadership position in the region’s automotive market,” said Dusablon. “Our goal is to remain strong in a city that is booming and where we want to continue our activities for the long term.”
