The new Kia Niro made its global debut at the 2021 Seoul Mobility Show. The redesigned model is part of the OEM’s growing eco-friendly line-up targeting the needs of “sustainability-conscious” consumers.
“The all-new Kia Niro makes it simple to practice a sustainable lifestyle with its eco-friendly materials, advanced technology and electric powertrains while it also fulfills the practical needs of customers,” said Ho Sung Song, President and CEO of Kia.
The second-generation 2023 Kia Niro was redesigned from the ground up and was developed under the company’s Opposites United design philosophy of “Joy for Reason” ethos. According to Green Car Reports, it will be offered in hybrid, plug-in hybrid, and fully electric versions in 2022.
The vehicle made its debut on November 24.
