Serti has announced a new integration with the Kia Lead Management System (LMS) that will see leads coming from the Kia Canada website and automatically transferred to SDSMerlin.
“This means Kia dealerships will be able to contact and follow-up with these prospect customers through the SDSMerlin CRM,” said Serti in a news release.
Serti said the new lead management system has many other benefits and enhancements, and that there are some differences when compared to the old system, although more details are yet to be provided.
