Car buyers want a mix of online-offline interactions

Today’s car buyers are seeking a combined online-offline shopping experience, according to a recent consumer survey by consulting firm Deloitte, and a Harris Poll conducted on behalf of Sonic Automotive. Although 64% of consumers are not comfortable buying entirely online, both studies discovered “there are many parts of the process that customers prefer to do online, especially when they streamline the process, making it easier, more transparent and giving customers more control,” said Forbes.
