This year Kijiji Autos plans to explore the theme of The Evolving Dealership — How to meet Canadians’ car shopping needs in a time of significant change during its virtual DealerTalk 2020 conference on October 22.
“Kijiji Autos DealerTalk invites you to a half-day of educational talks hosted by industry leaders on how to build better dealerships,” said the company in a news release.
The seventh annual DealerTalk will be online for a single national event in English and French rather than its usual multi-city conference setup, taking place from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. EST.
The virtual environment will allow dealers and other participants to video stream keynotes, take part in live Q&A sessions, and have access to on-demand downloadable content.
Speakers include:
- Denis Hancock, VP Strategy, BrandSpark International, who will discuss the Evolving the Dealership to Meet Canadian’s Needs in a Time of Dramatic Change;
- Michelle Denogean, Chief Marketing Officer, Roadster, will explore Digitizing Your Sales Process for a Post COVID-19 World;
- Risha Grant, Diversity Consultant, Found & CEO of Risha Grant LLC., will cover the topic of Permission: Granted to Get Rid of the BS and Attract Diverse Markets;
- and Leanne Kripp, Director of Autos, Kijiji, will offer opening and closing remarks, while Michael Cirillo, The Dealer Playbook Podcast, will act as the emcee.
“Join us to hear from industry experts who will help you better understand and address the new and changing behaviours of car shoppers,” said Kijiji Autos.
