Survey reveals dealers gaining efficiency with digital

Many dealers have adopted online selling as a way to manage their business amid COVID-19. A new study commissioned by the National Auto Dealers Association (NADA) and Roadster discovered that their quick transition to online sales could have long-lasting benefits. “Of the dealers surveyed, 61% said that digital retailing improved their efficiency and 24% were able to increase the number of cars sold per person,” said Forbes.
