Business is booming for some U.S. car dealers as automakers increase production, even as they anticipate some inventory shortages over the coming months. “It will take a while for the factories and the suppliers to get momentum going again,” said Walt Tutak of Matthews-Hargreaves Chevrolet. “There could be a shortage in a couple of months.
