Dealer-FX launches “Experience” solution

Dealer-FX launched a new solution known as Experience, which aims to make appointment scheduling and service check-ins easy for consumers while ensuring management and communication is simple for dealers.

The solution is free for dealers for the first three months to help with the impact that COVID-19 has had, and continues to have, on dealerships across the country.

The tools included with Experience aim to modernize the appointment experience at every touchpoint and boost customer satisfaction. It does this by providing dealers with “at-a-glance” appointment availability and transportation options, and also by providing “contactless” check-in through a mobile device. The solution also delivers text, email and call outreach to help dealers build long-term retention and grow revenue in their fixed ops department.

Furthermore, the solution integrates with leading DMS providers and runs on the company’s ONE Platform.
