As COVID-19 continues to spread across the country, RouteOne is taking steps to support dealers’ ability to carry out their business with consumers online, and from remote locations, through several actions that will remain in effect now through May 31.
For online credit applications, the company has reduced all RouteOne Digital Retail subscriptions by 50 per cent. The tools are meant to help dealers connect with their customers remotely to submit lead information, apply for credit, and provide customer quotes.
For its menu presentations, the company’s MaximTrak GO is available at no charge to subscribers. And finally, eSigning fees have been waived for remote eSign contract documents.
“These measures will help ensure that your consumers can complete as much of the transaction as possible from the convenience of their home or location of choice,” said RouteOne in a news release. “As a reminder, RouteOne tools allow for self-administered flexibility for your staff to access the consumer’s information from RouteOne’s Deal Manager, either from the dealership or home office.”
The company is also offering bi-weekly web training sessions through its remote tools, and general eContracting training sessions.
