RouteOne, SERTI offer embedded F&I

U.S.-based RouteOne and Quebec’s SERTI have announced an integration that will provide dealer customers with an embedded F&I experience through SERTI’s DMS system — at no extra cost to the dealer.

RouteOne’s aim is to improve the F&I process for dealers. The two companies have long worked together on system integrations, but the latest advancements helps to optimize the dealer’s workflow, saves time, creates efficiencies, and eliminates duplicate data entry, through features like Single Sign-On and the use of Intelligent Page Access.

“RouteOne is dedicated to delivering dealers the utmost experience. From our technology to our customer service, our goal is to optimize the vehicle finance process for all parties involved,” said Anthony Goulbourne, President of RouteOne Canada. “This advanced integration with SERTI will provide dealers with the most efficient and streamlined workflow in the Canadian marketplace today.”

The idea is to provide dealers with a single point of entry to work a deal, according to RouteOne, which also stated that the new “streamlined workflow” is the first of its kind in the Canadian marketplace, with a national DMS.

“RouteOne’s business vision will enable all of their customers to be more efficient by making the credit application process much smoother than any on the market today,” said Louis Laporte, President of SERTI Information Solutions. “We will continue to work closely with RouteOne to take this experience even further as feedback from customers comes in.”
