Amy Byrne, Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, CDK Global
CDK Global, a leading provider of automotive digital marketing solutions and retail IT, has announced the appointment of Amy Byrne as its new executive vice president and chief human resources officer.
“Amy brings nearly 25 years of experience leading large global HR teams across talent, compensation and benefits, diversity, labor relations, and organizational engagement,” said the company in a news release.
In her most recent role, Byrne led human resources organization for the Latin America and Global Brand Marketing business sectors at Avon Products, Inc., supporting activities of $4.5 billion in revenues and overseeing more than 17,000 employees across 12 countries.
Prior to Avon, Byrne held HR roles of increasing importance across U.S. Foodservice, Inc., The Boeing Company, William M. Mercer, Inc., and Hay Management Consultants.
