For the twenty-fourth consecutive year, Mazda Canada announced its annual Dealer of Distinction award winners. “Quantifiable data from all aspects of a Dealer’s operations such as sales, service, administration and facilities are thoroughly evaluated,” said the company in a news release.
Mazda employs an evaluation process to determine the 30 winners of the prestigious award through identifying “optimal Dealer operating efficiency according to Mazda Canada’s strict guidelines” according to the release.
“The Dealer of Distinction award is one of the highest honours a Mazda Dealer can earn,” said Massey Kondo, Mazda Canada’s President & CEO. “Each of these 30 winning Dealers have excelled in delivering outstanding customer experience and have demonstrated their strong commitment to the Mazda brand.”
The winners, who beat out 135 competing Mazda dealerships, include dealers from across British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec and New Brunswick, with an additional two winners, each from Saskatchewan and Alberta.
The criteria required for a dealership hoping to earn the award is a continually moving target in order to challenge dealerships even after receiving the Dealer of Distinction designation.
