SAL Group, Canada’s comprehensive Finance and Insurance partner, says it appointed Gordon Swail as its National Corporate Training Manager.
Swail began his automotive career as a sales person in 1987. Following a move to F&I manager and F&I specialist, he was appointed to National Training Manager with First Canadian Insurance Corporation in 1992.
Swail was integral in developing online training, mentored incoming training specialists, conducted countless workshops and helped increase dealerships’ F&I averages across the country for the past 20 years, says the company. Swail has also been a featured speaker and presenter at numerous industry functions including dealer performance groups, as well as the New Car Dealers Association of B.C.
The company says Swail’s passion for teaching and genuine desire to make a difference in people’s lives has had a positive impact on thousands of sales and finance professionals all over Canada.
