Honda Canada Finance Inc. (HCFI) announced that it has launched Acura Financial Services (AFS) for the Canadian market, developed to support Acura dealers and to offer clients personalized, Acura-branded experiences.
In a news release, the company says that Acura’s dedicated finance company, AFS will offer Acura unique services, including:
* Dedicated Acura client care toll-free number, available in English and French;
* Exclusive Acura financial products and loyalty programs;
* Access to the “My Finance” section of myAcura.ca for convenient and easy access to managing banking and payment information;
* Dealer vehicle floorplan programs.
“As this year marks the celebration of Acura’s 25th anniversary in Canada, this is the perfect time to launch Acura Financial Services.” said Ted Evans, vice president of HCFI.
“This is also the first step of a multi-faceted effort to enhance the brand image for Acura and elevate customer experiences.”
