DealerSocket officially released its new customer relationship management (CRM) tool: DealerSocket 2011 that the company has codenamed: Black Ops.
The new version includes a fully upgraded core CRM with cross-browser compatibility, enhances graphical user interface with intuitive navigation and icons, and enhanced speed across platforms, says the company in a news release.
“The latest version of our DealerSocket retail automotive CRM software is the culmination of years of serving, listening to and developing what our customers need and want,” says Brad Perry, DealerSocket Co-Founder and CTO. “Our development team has worked tirelessly to make the new and improved version of DealerSocket a market changer, and it truly is.”
The new version is supported for Internet Explorer, Firefox 3 and Chrome 5.0 for PCs, Safari and Firefox for Macs, and mobile access is supported for the iPad, iPhone/iTouch and Google’s Android platform.
Current DealerSocket customers will see the new DealerSocket 2011 version available for use immediately when they log into DealerSocket as they normally would and select the checkbox: Access DealerSocket Black Ops.
DealerSocket says it provides dealers with CRM and training systems that allow auto dealers to save time, save money, and improve sales staff effectiveness with a consolidated product. The company says it now has more than 75,000 users at more than 1,700 auto dealerships throughout the U.S. and Canada.
