EBlock officially launched what it calls Canada’s first omnichannel automotive wholesale experience centre, blending digital and physical wholesale operations under one roof.
The grand opening ceremony was held on September 18. The facility is located on a 6.5-acre site in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and is engineered to integrate both physical and digital wholesale operations. The centre features full mechanical reconditioning bays, post-sale inspections, and logistical infrastructure to handle around 600 vehicles.
“The opening of our Halifax experience centre is a pivotal moment for EBlock and the Canadian wholesale market,” said Lisa Scott, President of EBlock, in a statement. “These are not physical auctions; they are dynamic facilities that enhance the essential logistics dealers and commercial clients need to conduct business effectively.”
She added that the centre aims to meet their customers precisely where and how they want to do business, “whether that’s through a digital dashboard or a personal handshake.”
At launch, more than 100 dealers attended in person. Meanwhile, more than 600 participated in EBlock’s Eastern Canada Live Auction online, and 119 joined via the Halifax LiveLanes channel.
The company is already turning its sights west. Its Edmonton facility, sitting on 8 acres, is currently being refitted to adopt the same omnichannel layout and is expected to be fully operational by Q4 2025. More locations will be announced early in 2026.
