Intelligent-vehicle manufacturers must store data within China

In new formal guidelines released by the Chinese government on August 12, 2021, the country will require intelligent-vehicle manufacturers to store locally generated data within the country, including personal information and data collected and generated within China. Intelligent-vehicle manufacturers are being urged to create corporate vehicle data and security management systems within China.
