Audi Canada has named Daniel Weissland as its new president.
Weissland is presently the Sales Director for Southern Europe and based in Ingolstadt, Germany. He will officially join Audi Canada on August 1, 2015.
Audi said Weissland holds an MBA and Engineering degree from the University of Applied Sciences Munich. He has held increasingly progressive roles within Audi AG, in areas of Sales, Marketing, Network Development and Product Management.
His previous achievements include being part of a team that founded the National Sales Company in Dubai. At the beginning of 2011 Weissland took his present position as Sales Director for Southern Europe. He joined Audi AG in 1999.
Weissland will be succeeding Wolfgang Hoffmann who has completed his three year assignment.
