Aspen Marketing Services and Volvo Cars of Canada Corporation have announced a partnership.
The partnership sees Aspen becoming a preferred supplier of a newly developed Aftersales Customer Retention (ACR) program offered exclusively to 44 Volvo dealers in Canada.

Dealerships will receive a customized ACR program designed to increase long-term customer loyalty, increase service opportunities, and maximize service revenue.
Aspen said the system would feature direct mail, email, phone, data analytics, and list management.
