Mercedes-Benz is giving its Canadian electric vehicle customers a major boost in charging convenience. The OEM announced that its battery electric drivers can now plug into more than 25,000 Tesla Superchargers across Canada and the United States.

The move comes as part of an expansion of MB.CHARGE Public, the company’s rebranded public charging service (formerly Mercedes me Charge). The integration brings Tesla’s Supercharger network into a platform that already connects drivers with other major providers like ChargePoint, FLO, BC Hydro, and Circuit Électrique.

“Convenient access to a broad charging network is integral to a seamless EV ownership experience,” said Andreas Tetzloff, CEO of Mercedes-Benz Canada, in a statement. “Expanding the MB.CHARGE network with the integration of the Tesla Supercharger network represents another important step,” he added.

Altogether, Mercedes-Benz drivers now have access to nearly 200,000 public charging points under one digital system and contract. Owners of existing Mercedes-Benz EVs with CCS1 charging ports can now buy a Mercedes-approved NACS-to-CCS1 adapter through authorized dealerships, allowing them to use the Superchargers. As of late 2025, new Mercedes-Benz EVs sold in North America will come with NACS charging ports as standard equipment, eliminating the need for an adapter.

The integration marks another milestone in the OEM’s push toward full electrification and a seamless public charging ecosystem.
