FliteHouse has teamed up with the Manitoba Motor Dealers Association (MMDA) to launch AI-powered agents built specifically for automotive retailers.
The partnership comes in response to an increasing demand from dealers across the province looking to tackle staffing costs, improve operational efficiency, and modernize their customer experience using AI, according to FliteHouse. In a news release, they said their agents function like virtual team members but without the overhead. (More information about AI agents can be found in this article under agentic AI.)
“Five years ago, dealers were hiring people with an average of 3.2 years of experience. Today, that average is 1.4 years,” said Marty Meadows, Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer of FliteHouse, in a statement. “Turnover is up. Costs are up. And that means training, process, and scalable support have never been more important.”
The AI agents are custom-built and meant to handle everything from inbound lead triage and outbound follow-up, to appointment scheduling, CRM updates, and reporting. FliteHouse said they also support Service Drive operations, booking, confirming, and following up on service appointments.
“Unlike generic bots or off-the-shelf tools, these agents are designed to work with a dealer’s existing systems and follow their unique sales playbook,” said the company, adding that three flagship agents will be introduced at launch: he Triage Agent (virtual receptionist), The Sales Agent (fully trained follow-up machine), and The Service Drive Agent (books and confirms service appointments, handles no-show follow-up, and and more.)
FliteHouse said these three agents are being developed in Canada and align fully with MMDA member needs. In June, the company announced a similar partnership with the Motor Vehicle Retailers of Ontario (MVRO).
