Lead management provider bolsters offering

As dealers struggle to better manage their online leads and tie them to better in-store performance, lead management firm DMT Development Systems Group announced the addition of three new features to RAPID! Response, the Winnipeg-based company’s lead management platform. The release of the enhancements coincides with the fifth anniversary of RAPID! Response, a system that has processed more than five million leads across a network of 2,000 automotive retailers, said the company.

The additional features include the following:

  • Conversation Threading — Sales representatives are able to view the entire email conversation with the customer, instead of having to view each email as an individual message. The feature helps ensure that information shared with leads is accurate, timely and complete, according to the release.
  • Read Receipts — Reports on email open rates on the RAPID! Response dashboard, allowing users to “fine-tune responses in real-time.” Sales teams are able to gauge the best time-frame to send emails, depending on whether clients are more receptive to morning, evening, midweek or weekend emails.
  • Route By Source — This feature connects leads with the resident subject matter expert, ensuring that prospects are directed to the most qualified sales representative for the specific inquiry. It also pairs prospects and sales personnel based on availability, said the release.

Earlier in 2017, DMT Development Systems Group says raised significant capital in growth equity financing from a team of Sageview Capital investors.

“The proceeds from our funding announced earlier this year have enabled us to supercharge our R&D efforts and fast-track the development of three new industry-leading solutions to optimize real-time communication between shoppers and retailers,” said Glen Demetrioff, President and CEO of DMT in a statement.
