UVeye launches AI-driven BDC Booster for dealers

UVeye, the creator of an Artificial Intelligence-driven automated vehicle inspection platform, has launched a new platform designed to help boost dealership operations.

The company describes it as an AI-powered sales intelligence and engagement platform called BDC Booster. It uses UVeye’s vehicle inspection data to help dealers increase customer loyalty and retention, conversion rates, and drive revenue growth.

“By providing actionable data in real-time, our BDC Booster enables car dealerships to unlock the full potential of their customer base and deliver personalized service that keeps them coming back,” said Amir Hever, CEO and Co-Founder of UVeye, in a statement.

He added that leveraging the company’s AI-powered vehicle inspections and advanced analytics will allow dealerships to convert routine checkups into long-term customer loyalty and business growth. “It brings customer engagement to a whole new level,” said Hever.

UVeye said it can detect things like tire issues (marginal tread and wear and tear), along with tires that have reached their expiration date; underbody issues (such as leaks); and scratches, dents, and rim damage. They also said that, on average, many dealers have achieved a nine-times return on every dollar spent when using its BDC Booster

“By uncovering new business opportunities with existing customers, the tool can boost conversion rates by 25 per cent or more,” said UVeye in a news release. “Customer loyalty and retention can improve by 4-5 per cent, as the BDC Booster’s personalized, data-driven approach encourages repeat business and strengthens long-term relationships.”

UVeye is planning on installing its systems at Canadian dealerships in January 2025.
