Canadian Black Book and J.D. Power have announced the seventh installment of the TalkAUTO Canada conference, to be held on Nov. 7, 2018 at the Universal EventSpace in Vaughan, Ont.
This year’s theme, “Who Moved My Keys? Adapting to Change in a New Marketplace,” is a play on the popular business story “Who Moved My Cheese,” according to the CBB news release.
Attendees will have the chance to discover exactly what that means during an event that includes keynote presentations headlined by Sheryl Connelly, manager of Global Consumer Trends and Futuring for Ford Motor Company. Known as a “Futurist,” Connelly has demonstrated an ability to identifying global trends and “how they might impact the auto industry,” says CBB.
“Each year, now our seventh, TalkAUTO gains credibility as a must attend event,” said Brad Rome, President at Canadian Black Book. “Attracting a high profile speaker like Sheryl Connelly is a testament to how this event is perceived by the industry.”
The event will also give way to panel discussions and workshops, along with an opportunity for dealers and other attendees to network. A complete lineup of the topics will be revealed in the near future.
Registration for the conference opens mid-June.
