Wounded Warriors Canada has announced that ADESA will be partnering with the privately-funded organization to support its activities through the launch of the Wounded Warriors Canadian Automobile Team (WWCAT). ADESA will be auctioning off a rare “Factory Five” 1965 Shelby Cobra at the Luxury Supercar Weekend in September to kick off its partnership with all proceeds from the auction going to the non-profit.
Wounded Warriors is a national mental health charity that develops and delivers innovative mental health programs to support ill and injured veterans, first responders and their families.
The WWCAT was created by organization volunteers Glenn and Estella Cumyn along with Jim Blair and their corporate partner ADESA.
The auction will take place September 9 and 10 at Canada’s leading luxury and lifestyle automotive event, the Luxury & Supercar Weekend in Vancouver, B.C.
