LGM Financial Services has been named a Best Small and Medium Employer in Aon Hewitt Canada’s annual ranking of Canada’s most engaged workforces. The 2017 list of 40 companies placed LGM in the Gold level category, with an engagement score of 78 per cent.
A total of 200 Canadian companies were assessed this year, with Best Employers earning their spots by engaging employees, demonstrating leadership, building a performance culture and leveraging the strength of their employee brands, says Aon Hewitt, a human capital consulting firm.
The benchmark program uses global standards based on Aon studies conducted internationally among more than 5,000 organizations.
“We’re thrilled to have been recognized for our highly motivated employees, and strong company culture,” says LGM founder and CEO Adam Hill.
A belief that people are an organization’s greatest strength “informs pretty much everything we do, whether it’s day-to day decisions or our long-term strategic vision,” he says.
