
Michel Poirier
Michel Poirier is the new director of customer service at Hyundai Auto Canada Corp. He reports to president and CEO Don Romano, who says Poirier’s skill set will “help us set a new benchmark for customer service in the automotive industry.”
Poirier’s automotive career includes a stint at a General Motors dealership in Montreal and 16 years with GM Canada in a variety of functions, including marketing, customer care and after sales and accessories sales. Most recently he was with Industrial Alliance, managing the Ontario and Western Canada sales team.
In his new role with Hyundai, he will oversee customer relations, warranty, technical support, compliance, CSI and training.
