Keyloop launched an end-to-end automotive retail platform called Fusion meant to help dealers in Canada better manage and optimize the full vehicle sales and after-sales process, the company announced.
They said the platform incorporates four domains to cover the key functions in a dealership business: Demand, Supply, Ownership and Operate. The Keyloop-Serti dealer management system (DMS) is considered a critical element in the Operate module.
“Canada is a critical growth market for Keyloop, and with Fusion we have a unique opportunity to unlock value for more of our dealer customers,” said Tim Smith, Chief Strategy Officer at Keyloop, in a statement. “We are currently working with a select group of early adopter dealerships to implement the Fusion suite to ensure a seamless integration into the wider Canadian market.”
Smith added the company’s focus remains on simplifying the vehicle sales and ownership journey and staying true to its experience-first principles. “Fusion is more than just a technological solution — it’s a transformative approach to reshaping our industry and delivering meaningful value to all stakeholders.”
Dealers can attend what the company calls “Fusion Live” on September 23: an event that includes live keynote speeches and is hosted by Stephen Harris, the Field Chief Data and AI Officer at ThoughtSpot. The event will include product sessions, an exploration of Fusion, and an understanding of how the platform connects every phase of the ecosystem to “supercharge lifetime value.”
