LeaseBusters will be leveraging taq Automotive Intelligence’s dx technology as part of a collaboration with the company that aims to provide a more modern and fully digital lease transfer process.
The dx technology can take the end-to-end lease transfer process to a fully digital experience for both the buyer and the seller, thereby cutting out the need for any paperwork.
“This strategic partnership with LeaseBusters is rooted in our deep desire to transform the decades old, antiquated process into a more efficient, streamlined practice that is in-line with what consumers expect in today’s marketplace,” said taq President John Currado in a statement.
According to taq Automotive Intelligence, the credit link and co-app link features provide a more convenient experience for the buyer during the initial lease transfer stage. And digital document and e-signature capabilities “round out” the end process with greater efficiency and accuracy.

He later added that the launch of the partnership signifies “a drive towards a new level of customer experience for leasing customers.”
The taq Automotive Intelligence digital lease transfer technology is being offered immediately in Ontario, and is available to other lenders in the Canadian marketplace.
