Canadian F&I provider RSR Global has come out with three new solutions designed for Canadian dealers.
The solutions were announced at the third annual Ontario Dealer Day on April 12, presented by the Trillium Automobile Dealers Association (TADA) and Co-Auto Co-Operative.
GLOBAL ONE is a bundle of products, including theft deterrent, nitrogen tire warranty, apparence protection, credit insurance, extended service agreements, limited powertrain warranty and payment protection, said the company.
Another solution, GLOBALu is an F&I managers training program that involves group exercises and interactive role-play activities over four days. Amanda Paetkau, the company’s VP Dealer Group Solutions, said the program focuses on increasing profits, menu and step selling techniques and customer satisfaction and retention strategies.
Also launched is GLOBE DRIVE, which is strategic management software with features such as e-contracts, e-remittance, historical reports, order management, certificate management and more.
“After listening very closely to our dealer partners, our efforts lie squarely on leading the charge to providing a simplified single vendor approach to the F&I office,” said Steve Langdon, President of RSR Global, in a written release.
