An expanded suite of branded protection products will be launched January 1, 2017 by Volvo Car Canada, in partnership with LGM Financial Services. The Volvo Increased Protection suite is aimed at maximizing retailer performance and customer satisfaction.
Mechanical Breakdown Protection will replace the company’s current product and will offer additional benefits, including Claims Free Rewards.
Appearance Protection is a new product designed to maintain the vehicle’s showroom look and feel after it hits the road.
The new program aims to “optimize our retailer experience while also make owning a Volvo a comfortable and seamless process,” says Daniel Martin, director of customer service for Volvo Car Canada.
The product suite will be backed by extensive sales training and a dedicated bilingual claims and dealer support network.
“Car buyers today expect highly customized finance and insurance products that suit their lifestyle, and we’re confident Volvo dealers will see benefits from this expanded suite of options for their customers,” says Jeff Fallowfield, LGM’s president of distribution and marketing.
