U.K. to allow full self-driving vehicles on roads by 2025

Vehicles that feature full self-driving capabilities will be allowed on U.K. roads by 2025, according to Auto Express. They say the information is based on a government announcement, and a new policy paper “backed by £100 million of investment states that new laws will be introduced to facilitate the safe arrival of autonomous vehicles, which will create an estimated 38,000 jobs.” However, these may first appear in the form of public transport or delivery vehicles.
