Car Media 2.0 selected as Certified Vehicle Merchandising Vendor for GM dealers

Car Media 2.0 was selected as a Certified Vehicle Merchandising Vendor for all General Motors dealers in Canada.

This means that as of January 2022, Chevrolet, Buick GMC and Cadillac dealers will be able to buy Car Media 2.0 services through the General Motors Canada and Cadillac Canada Dealer Digital Programs.

“This addition to the program helps complement the existing offerings and provides GM dealers with best-in-class merchandising that greatly enhances the digital retailing experience,” said Randy Price, Head of Accounts & Strategic Partnerships, Car Media 2.0.

Price said Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and Cadillac are, together, the eighth brand in Canada to add a vehicle merchandising pillar to their digital programs.

Car Media 2.0 said it currently services approximately 20 per cent of GM dealers’ merchandising needs in Canada. It also said the partnership supports the shift in how consumers research and buy vehicles—spending less time in dealerships and more time online.
