AutoVerify adds to support program, waives some fees

AutoVerify, which is powered by Mobials, has added “Feature Tour” to its Dealer Support Program to help dealers connect with consumers online.

“As the automotive sales process increasingly moves online, it has never been more critical to optimize digital showrooms so they provide a positive customer experience and make it easy for car-buyers to get all the information needed to make an informed decision from home,” said the company in a news release.

Feature Tour is meant to help dealers do this through interactive vehicle detail pages (VDPs) that include simple and attractive lists and videos that describe the vehicle’s tech features, safety, and convenience, along with photos and videos of what the features look like and how they operate.

It also tracks the features that consumers are looking at so dealers can follow-up with online car shoppers. Feature Tour is included in the AutoVerify @ Home suite, and the company said it is waiving monthly software charges for the entire suite until September 30 — although some conditions do apply.

“Things in our industry are changing rapidly,” said Marty Meadows, President of AutoVerify. “People still need to buy vehicles, but it’s important for dealers to help them complete as much of the purchase process from home as possible. Adding digital merchandising to our AutoVerify @ Home suite with no software fees until the end of September, is another way we’re helping dealers make that happen.”
